The commission reviewed and approved an Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Plat for property on Peacefull Valley Road. Additionally, the commission held a discussion regarding the potential allowance and regulation of rental dock slips within residential zoning districts, ultimately deciding to delay action to perform further research on potential requirements and limitations.

The Board discussed spill response services for a sanitary release, the installation of an electric pedestal on Main Street, and parking lot maintenance and right-of-way concerns for the public library. Updates were provided on the PFAS design and pilot study, as well as department lead reports covering street patching, sewer televising, and sludge hauling operations. The Board also reviewed treasurer reports, approved expenditures for water and sewer funds, and scheduled interviews for a vacant wastewater position.

The committee reviewed the General Fund and Board of Public Works financial reports. Discussion topics included the 2027 proposed library budget, with specific concerns raised regarding insurance expenses and potential budget cuts, as well as a request to release funds from airport bank accounts to the Friends of Tomahawk Airport. The board ultimately voted to approve the agreement with Cedar Corporation, not to exceed $15,650.
