BoardCity of Manistee Housing Commission Regular Meeting
The Housing Commission discussed multiple capital improvement projects, including the maintenance garage, stormwater system improvements, ADA sidewalk and curb ramp updates, gravel parking area paving, and the installation of heat pumps. The Executive Director provided updates on the ongoing partnership with a developer and the status of the MOU. Additionally, the commission discussed the implementation of a new delinquency enforcement system, the vacancy report, and reviewed newsletters. Public comments addressed concerns regarding delinquency notice timing, building repairs, and the shoreline improvement project.
