The Planning Commission discussed the conversion of an existing three-unit residential development at 1415 Oakdale Avenue into a common interest development with an associated homeowners association. The commission also considered a proposal from Kadinu Academy to convert an existing commercial office building into a charter school serving students from TK through second grade, which included details regarding traffic management, site safety, and proposed parking lot modifications for outdoor play areas.
