Overton County School Board School Board Meeting

The board approved a construction bid for gymnasium renovations at Livingston Academy. Consent items included budget revisions for General Purpose Schools and Federal Programs. New business included the approval of several staff resignations and a service contract with Kids First Pediatric Therapies for occupational and speech therapy. The board reviewed and considered the second reading of various district policies covering personnel, student wellness, and operations. Additionally, the board considered the original budgets for the FY27 General Purpose Schools Fund, Federal Projects Fund, Central Cafeteria Fund, Education Debt Service Fund, and Education Capital Projects Fund.
