Additionally, the commission reviewed a request for emergency access modifications at 39 Arrowhead Road and discussed future housing growth initiatives and zoning regulations for multi-unit developments.

The committee discussed the potential of remaining an ongoing advisory board to the town CFO, particularly for assisting with debt service calculations and establishing a central model for improved accuracy. The meeting also included a request to formally appoint an additional member to the committee and a review of the current bonding model, specifically addressing the impact of authorized but unissued bonding on future debt service and the inclusion of updated issuance costs.

The Commission discussed several agenda items, including a demolition permit request for the former Police Department building and a supplement for a storm door at 29 Redding Rd.
