The board convened for an exempt closed session followed by an executive session dedicated to the review of personnel matters as permitted by state law.

The board reviewed data from Vinland Elementary School and received updates regarding local population growth, legislative bills, and athletic scheduling. Action was taken to approve the NKEA contract, personnel recommendations, and a contract extension for the superintendent. Furthermore, management provided reports on in-district transfer restrictions and the status of school reopening efforts including student transportation logistics.
