The committee authorized an amended intergovernmental agreement between the County of Lake and the City of Waukegan and approved a Right of Entry agreement for work on South Beach. Additionally, the committee approved a payment for Waukegan Metra Station renovations involving fence installation, authorized the rejection of all bids and a rebid for the custodial contract covering City Hall, Public Works, and the Police Department, and awarded the Belvidere Road Water Main Replacement project.
