The Annual Town Meeting focused on the presentation and discussion of the Annual Financial Report and the Schedule of Outstanding Debt for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The Grand Chute Fire Department's 2023-2027 Strategic Plan focuses on strengthening community engagement, building service delivery for the future, being a destination department, and improving organizational effectiveness. Key initiatives include defining a marketing strategy, establishing a community risk reduction plan, enhancing emergency medical services, improving response times, and fostering internal culture and communication. The plan aims to support underrepresented populations, coordinate resources for large emergencies, and refine internal processes to improve the quality of life in the Town of Grand Chute.

The annual town meeting included the presentation of awards to Houdini School's 2nd-grade classes, the Beautification Committee, and Dick Pontzloff for community contributions. The Grand Chute Fire Department recognized personnel with life-saving awards. Electors discussed and approved Resolution 2022-E1, setting compensation for elected offices for upcoming terms. Concerns were raised by town electors regarding political campaign flyers, special assessment policies, and potential conflicts of interest. Additional discussions covered traffic issues at the intersection near Kolosso Toyota and Howie Voight Appliance, lighting policies for businesses, and the need for repairs to the boardwalk at Arrow Park.
