Cumberland County Board of Commissioners Board of Commissioners Meeting
The meeting included a public hearing regarding the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), where it was confirmed that the county met all HUD obligations for CDBG and HOME funding. Following the hearing, the Salary Board conducted business, including the approval of minutes and salary board actions. During the Board of Commissioners portion of the meeting, two proclamations were presented: one recognizing John Eby for his 28 years of service as chairman of the Blighted Property Reinvestment Board, and another proclaiming October as Cybersecurity Awareness Month.
