The Commission received the Top of WV Annual Report, noting a 13% increase in hotel/motel tax revenue. Action items included the approval of the Sheriff's Commission tax report for the 25/26 tax year, the authorization to re-open the Estate of Norman Johnson, and the purchase of a vehicle for the Property Compliance Department. The Commission also approved a deed transfer for 840 Charles Street to house the local police department and extension office, as well as re-appointments to the Northern Panhandle HOME Consortium Council. Furthermore, various invoices and vouchers were reviewed and approved for payment.
