Fairbanks North Star Borough Regular Assembly Meeting
The Assembly addressed several ordinances involving zoning changes for various lots, including rezonings from light industrial to residential or light commercial and the addition of waterway protection overlays. Several budget amendments were passed for FY 2026-27, including appropriations for a new transit app, ambulance gurneys, fire station basement repairs, a comprehensive parks and recreation plan, school district scoreboards, and domestic water system improvements.
