The open session agenda featured a Superintendent's report covering a student representative to the Board, recognition of debate finalists and a CIF Division champion girls' basketball team, and updates on educational options and facilities. Key action items for consideration included student expulsion/readmission actions, approval of certified and classified personnel, approval of the Quarterly Williams Report, review of a job description revision for Programmer and Database Analyst, approval of contract proposals for geotechnical engineering services for solar array projects at Hueneme High School and Channels Islands High School, and various financial considerations such as approving purchase orders and donations.

This document serves as a Career Technical Education Transition Guide, specifically focusing on the Agriculture pathway. It provides students with comprehensive options for career awareness and exploration during 8th-9th grade, and career preparation during 10th-12th grade. The guide also details various post-secondary educational opportunities, including community colleges, universities (UC, CSU, Private), and adult education/trade programs, to facilitate entry into future agriculture-related careers.

The meeting agenda included the adoption of the agenda, audience participation with three-minute individual presentations, and an annual report discussion. Status reports covered the procurement process, a detailed update on Measure E projects (including DSHS Stadium, CIHS Aquatics Center, RMHS Aquatics Locker Rooms, OHS New Seating, RCHS Pedestrian Walkway, ACHS Dust Collector and Warehouse Roofing, and Transportation Roofing), and Measure E financials. The financial review included the Measure E Cash Flow for FY 2025-26, highlighting expenditure monitoring and project selection criteria based on greatest maximum price. The committee discussed the process for the upcoming annual report generation with the District Advocate Group (DAG), with review scheduled for February 3rd. Future considerations included addressing a vendor concern with the attorney present and planning site visits. The next future meeting was set for February 3, 2025.
