The UTA 2030 Strategic Plan, titled 'Shared Dreams, Bright Future', defines the university's direction through five strategic theme areas: Student Success, Research & Innovation, People & Culture, Finance & Infrastructure, and Alumni & Community Engagement. This plan aims to foster a vibrant learning community, elevate research leadership, create a collaborative climate, optimize financial sustainability and infrastructure, and deepen community partnerships.
