Academia Avance Implementation Plan
This document outlines Academia Avance's implementation plan for the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP), focusing on nine strategic priorities: Needs and Assets Assessment, Shared Understanding, Collaborative Leadership, Coherence: Policy and Initiative Alignment, Staffing and Sustainability, Strategic Community Partnerships, Professional Learning, Centering Community-Based Curriculum and Pedagogy, and Progress Monitoring and Collective Problem Solving. The plan aims to enhance student success, academic achievement, and well-being, particularly for socioeconomically disadvantaged students, by fostering a supportive, inclusive, and community-engaged learning environment, with a goal to ensure all students graduate and are accepted into colleges and universities.
