The Lebanon County Crisis Intervention System Dynamic Enhancement Plan serves as a comprehensive roadmap for evaluating and strengthening the county's behavioral health safety net. It provides strategic recommendations across critical areas including funding strategies, accountable entity strategic planning, mobile crisis collaboration, workflow mapping, law enforcement engagement, school district engagement, and information systems and technology. The plan aims to foster a more responsive, resilient, and person-centered crisis intervention system through continued collaboration, innovation, and adherence to national best practices.

The Prison Board reviewed facility operations, maintenance, and medical reports. The Board also reviewed reports on commissary finances, food service costs and donations, work release program statistics, and training activities.
