Northwest Regional Education Cooperative #2 Regular Governing Council Meeting Minutes
The Governing Council received presentations regarding the OTUS teaching platform and BYU High School Solutions' online course offerings. Reports were delivered by the Executive Director and various coordinators covering education support, literacy, CTE, Medicaid, and finances. The Council approved a check listing report, a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2028-2032 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan for capital outlay funding, and a resolution authorizing the execution of various contracts and agreements between meetings. Additionally, the Council approved out-of-state travel for the Executive Director, a budget adjustment request for the Office of Special Education, and authorized the negotiation and execution of a lease for property located at 1510 NMSR 17 Street in Chama, New Mexico.
