Additionally, a complaint was withdrawn by a tenant, and another complaint was dismissed due to the tenant's failure to attend the hearing. An executive session was conducted prior to adjournment.

The committee reviewed occupancy issues and discussed coordination efforts with the Middletown Housing Authority, planning for direct outreach to the Authority Board and the mayor. Building maintenance concerns were addressed, specifically regarding damage to the dumpster fence caused by snow removal equipment. The status of the Capital Needs Assessment was discussed, with plans for a follow-up, and the committee acknowledged an upcoming toiletry collection drive for tenants organized by St. Sabastian.
