Property Tax Assessment Board Of Appeals Administrative Hearing
The board conducted an administrative hearing to review property tax assessment appeals for multiple parcels. The discussion focused on arguments regarding property assessment increases, considerations of property conditions, and the use of sales comparisons and gross rent multipliers to determine market values. The board reviewed evidence presented by both the taxpayer and the county representatives for various properties and concluded the proceedings by noting that official decisions would be mailed to the taxpayer.
