SPNHF provided updates on trail maintenance, harvest activities, and the upcoming 125th Anniversary events. Additional discussions covered the Pumpelly Trail, Causeway at Perkin's Pond, and efforts to manage the Harrisville Wooley Adelgid beetle population.

The meeting included updates on Monadnock State Park, such as the hiring of seasonal staff, the acquisition of a new plow truck, and the deployment of TRAFx trail counters. There was a presentation on Pollinators in the Alpine Zone and a discussion on the World heritage site UNESCO designation process. Partner reports were given by AMC, Auto Road, Cog Railway, MWObs, Townsquare Media, and WMNF.

The meeting included updates on the Franconia Notch State Park Tram replacement project, highlighting the inspection of towers and infrastructure. There were discussions around potential monetization of surplus components. The Director's Report provided details on the summer season's performance, camping occupancy, and issues with septic and water systems. Topics included maximizing retail revenue, potential fee increases, and the status of ARPA-funded projects. Marketing strategies for Cannon Mountain and State Parks were presented, including the Goose Chase application.
