Asheville City Council Action Agenda
The City Council conducted several key actions, including authorizing contract renewals for cloud computing, event support grants, and software support at Harrah's Cherokee Center. The council approved funding agreements for the City of Asheville Leadership Academy, accepted housing and urban development grants, and authorized internal project agreements for disaster recovery. Legislative actions included amending the grievance procedure and adopting the Buncombe-Madison Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan.
