Mission College Integrated Planning Handbook 2024-2027
The Mission College Integrated Planning Handbook serves as a guiding framework for the college's strategic planning cycle, rooted in an equity-centered approach. It outlines processes for institutional effectiveness, continuous improvement, and student success, aligning with the college's Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Education Master Plan (SEMP), Student Equity Plan, and accreditation standards. A core element is the SEMP 2024-2027, which introduces the "MC STARS" goals focused on supporting the student journey, thoughtful innovation, accountability, data-driven decision-making, and community health and wellness. The handbook integrates various institutional plans, including Enrollment Management, Future Facilities, Student Equity, and Technology plans, to foster cohesive, data-informed, and student-centered planning aimed at closing equity gaps and enhancing the educational experience for all students.
