Key areas of focus include ensuring equitable access to high-quality curriculum, implementing targeted supports to optimize learning, fostering culturally inclusive and safe learning environments with strong mental health support, providing personalized learning and enrichment opportunities, enhancing English language proficiency and biliteracy for English Learners, reducing chronic absenteeism and suspension rates, and advancing Black student achievement through increased academic support and socio-emotional care.
