ELO Prof. LLC was approved as the auditor for Fiscal Year 2026. The board also conducted an executive session to discuss personnel matters and recognized the board's dedication to the district.

The Principal reported on first-semester attendance (97%), honor roll students, upcoming NEAP tests, teacher literacy training, senior job shadowing, winter formal, and the establishment of a 100% tie for Valedictorian status among five seniors. The Superintendent provided updates on a new mini-van, a legislative briefing, and transportation reports. The board appointed election officials for the March 3, 2026 Bond Election and reviewed enrollment projections, which suggest stable enrollment for the next year. The board discussed calendar options for the 2026-2027 school year (5-day, 4-day with Monday off, or 4-day with Friday off) for later approval. Administration was approved, and a conditional acceptance of a resignation for the Middle School Girls Basketball Coach was passed. Fifty-three Mitel Phones were declared surplus. The second reading and approval of Policy IIBFA regarding the Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology occurred. Finally, the open enrollment of two students was approved before adjournment.

The special public meeting was convened to share information and allow community input regarding the proposed 4-day school week modified calendar. The Administration Presentation included background information, reasons for the proposal, the calendar approval process, and a discussion on teacher contract days versus student contact hours, supported by research and statistics from districts that have implemented the change. The 4-Day School Week Committee presented on the proposed schedule's benefits for students, different models for assistance on the designated day off, and the positive impact on student mental health, based on experiences from other districts. The Public Input segment allowed numerous community members to voice comments and questions, which were addressed by the Superintendent and the Committee.
