The Zoning Board of Appeals meetings included discussions and public hearings for various area variance requests. Topics covered constructing telecommunications facilities, parking space approvals, storage buildings, driveway entrances, shed installations, and handicapped ramps. Other discussions involved use variances for pre-existing apartments, extensions for photovoltaic solar systems, and parking waivers for commercial stores. The board also addressed concerns related to water runoff, property lines, and environmental issues.

The committee meetings included discussions and presentations from Olean Business Development, Community Development, and Genesis House. Topics covered included downtown business development, grant applications and awards, potential projects for DRI funding, and the services provided by Genesis House to the homeless. The committee also discussed the Allegheny River Canoe & Kayak Launch project and the sale of a city-owned property on West Sullivan Street.

The Common Council of the City of Olean convened multiple meetings, addressing various issues. They established a Sidewalk Rebate Program, authorized the removal of lighting fixtures, and addressed the City of Olean Allegany River Wastewater Syphon Study.
