MedVoyage is a program dedicated to introducing high school students to the diverse array of healthcare careers through immersive experiences in real healthcare environments. In its third year, the program successfully engaged 118 students from three high schools and four Northwell hospitals, providing hands-on exposure to various clinical, non-clinical, and technological roles. This initiative is positioned as a strategic investment to enhance students' awareness of career pathways, build confidence in pursuing healthcare professions, and cultivate the future healthcare workforce to address existing shortages.
