Key initiatives include improving broadband access in underserved areas, marketing the area's broadband infrastructure to attract investment, expanding digital literacy programs, assessing the need for additional public computer centers, forming a technology consortium for non-profits, establishing an entrepreneurial and technology hub, and developing an online interactive map of community resources.
