City Council of the City of Charlotte Regular Meeting
The City Council conducted public hearings on several zoning petitions, including requests for changes to B-3 business zoning, industrial zoning, and multi-family residential zoning. The council also approved an ordinance amending parking requirements for multi-family developments, following collaboration with the Home Builders Association. Service awards were presented to retiring Police and Water Department employees. The council canvassed the results of a Special Bond Election held on December 17, 1966.
