The Council adopted the 2013-2014 budget guidelines, awarded honorary doctorates, updated the internal audit bureau mandate, and adopted an information management policy. The Secretary General was designated as the official responsible for contract compliance. Additionally, the Council approved the formation of consultation committees for the renewal of the Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Religious Sciences and the appointment of the Director/Dean of the School of Public Health. A co-opted member was appointed to the Council, and the promotion committee's recommendations for granting tenure were approved.
