Additionally, the committee approved funding for audiovisual equipment for the Maloof Auditorium annex and discussed shifting the responsibility for animal enforcement services and fleet management to different standing committees to improve functionality.

Finally, a resolution to address littering and illegal dumping of scrap tires was initiated for discussion.
