This plan for 21st Century Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Seattle aims to strengthen Catholic education by focusing on four strategic goals: strengthening Catholic identity, ensuring excellent curricula, teachers, and school leaders, fostering an accessible and welcoming community, and promoting wise stewardship through effective planning, governance, funding, and marketing. It seeks to develop vibrant educational communities that prepare students for service and leadership, are accessible to all, and are sustained through collaborative, data-supported strategies.
