Kingman City Commission Commission Meeting

The Commission addressed several items of business, including discussions regarding armory maintenance and a strategic approach for promoting tourism. Decisions were made to proceed with park enhancements at H Avenue and to decline a first right of refusal offer for the Act property. The Commission also voted to transfer the property at 101 East D Avenue into the land bank and scheduled a future budget hearing. The subsequent land bank meeting included an agenda review and a public comment session during which citizens expressed concerns regarding the proposed development of new residential properties.
