Elgin City Council Committee Of The Whole And City Council Meeting

The council discussed several infrastructure and operational initiatives, including the approval of construction engineering services agreements and construction bids for 2026 street resurfacing projects on Shales Parkway, East Side Streets, and McClure Avenue.
