The Landmarks Commission reviewed and approved several Certificates of Appropriateness, including an addition and renovation to an attached garage at Fishback Place, the installation of an in-ground pool, pergola, and patio at the Keith-Greensfelder House, and an addition to the detached garage at the Hazard House. Commissioners also held a discussion regarding the Landmarks Ordinance, reviewing historical preservation goals from the 2035 Comprehensive Plan and comparing the existing ordinance with past draft revisions.
