The strategic plan centers on educating Christian leaders to impact culture and fulfill the Great Commission, providing resources for student and faculty development, and fostering diversity through culturally rich learning opportunities. It also focuses on equipping individuals to analyze theological perspectives from a Biblical worldview, ensuring curriculum alignment and academic rigor, and supporting students intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Additionally, it aims to offer placement services for student graduation and success, and to support the mission through systematic research and continuous improvement.
