The meeting agenda includes updates from student representatives, a chair's report discussing school committee goals and MASC resolutions, and policy reviews including LPN and Admissions Policies. The Superintendent-Director's report covers updates from the Math and Health/PE Departments, a School Culture Update, and a review of the Senior Healthcare Plan Renewal 2026. The Director of Business Operations will provide updates on the Treasury Year in Review, State & Federal Entitlement/Allocation Grants, Revolving Funds, and the Budget Report. The Principal's Report includes updates on the Proposed Athletics Cap Procedure, MCAS Results for the Class of 2026, School Events, and the School Improvement Plan 2025-2027. The committee will also discuss personnel matters, including the FY26 Salary Increase for the District Treasurer, and enter an executive session for collective bargaining.

The meeting will include updates from student representatives, the chair, and the superintendent-director. Discussion topics include the establishment of a Regional Transportation Reimbursement Fund, the FY26 budget, donations, Ch. 74 CVTE Admissions, a legislative breakfast review, and a diligent community roll-out. Reports will be given by the Director of Business Operations (including cash and balance, revolving funds, and budget review), and the principal (including SkillsUSA, student achievements, school events, out-of-state travel, and graduation). The committee will address upcoming vacancies for a Design & Visual Teacher, SPED Teacher, and Maintenance Worker. An executive session will be held to discuss potential litigation strategy.

The meeting will include a student representative report, a public hearing regarding school choice for the 2025-2026 school year, updates from the superintendent-director (including the FY26 budget, CTE admissions, competency determination, donations for electrical wiring and HVAC/R, Assabet Community Education, and LPN handbook revisions), a director of business operations report (including the cash balance report and revolving funds and budget report), a principal's report (including scheduled events, SkillsUSA competition awards, student council conference, out-of-state travel requests, and winter sports wrap-up), personnel matters (including upcoming vacancies, job description review and approval for a Career Advisor/Engagement Coordinator, and medical and dental insurance plan increases), communications, and an executive session to discuss potential litigation and collective bargaining.

Discussions will cover Native American mascots, new and revised policies (student dress code, AI policy, respiratory illness policy), investigative measures for roof masonry/brickwork (with a proposed budget not exceeding $30,000), the FY26 tentative budget, updates from the principal (including school events, graduation, and student participation in programs), and a personnel matter regarding a vacancy for a Culinary Arts Teacher. An executive session will be held to discuss potential litigation and collective bargaining.

The meeting will include CTE tours of Automotive Technology and Computer Programming and Web Development. Reports will be given by the Student Representative, the Chair, the Superintendent-Director, and the Director of Business Operations. The Director of Business Operations report will cover an RFP for transportation, the FY26 budget timeline, revolving funds, and budget reports. The Principal will also give a report. The meeting will include a review and discussion of the Staff Handbook, and a review and discussion of policy revisions suggested in the July 2024 MASC Newsletter. An executive session will be held to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation.
