Tennessee College Of Applied Technology Upper Cumberland Strategic Plan 2024-2027
The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan for the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Upper Cumberland focuses on eliminating barriers, improving student access, and increasing student proficiency. The plan emphasizes strengthening community partnerships to increase education options and awareness of technical education's value. Four key goals are outlined: increasing access and growth through part-time program offerings and community engagement; fostering dual enrollment opportunities with CTE partners; building strong industry partnerships to address skills gaps; and increasing outside revenue through grants and contracts. Success will be measured through headcount, FTE reports, the development and expansion of dual enrollment programs, increased industry engagement (including guest teaching and advisory committee participation), and a 2% annual increase in outside revenue.
