The Board received status updates on the Ecolab Pretreatment Facility, Woods Lagoon WWTP, and Northwinds-Potomac Park WWTP upgrades, as well as the Spring Mills pump station removal project. Discussions included the Sewer Collection System Capacity Assessment project and remediation planning. Counsel and management reported on condemnation matters, financial statements, facility inspections, billing software updates, and subdivision reports. The Board authorized two Alternate Mainline Extension Agreements for Boyd's Crossing Loop Road and Orchard View Townhomes and approved payroll and accounts payable.
