The agenda included recognitions of CTE Students, Future Ready Students, and the Employee of the Month. The Superintendent's Report and a District Enrollment Update were presented. The board addressed overnight and out-of-state travel, payroll vouchers, accounts payable vouchers, and personnel actions within the consent agenda. A public hearing was held for the proposed 2025-2026 Expenditure Budget Revision, followed by discussion and possible approval. The board also discussed and considered gifts and donations, an addendum to the IGA between WEST-MEC and BUHSD No. 201, and proposed new course offerings for 2026-27. An executive session was scheduled for the Superintendent's Evaluation. Monthly financial reports, auxiliary, tax credit & student funds report, significant capital expenditures, and anticipated early graduates were discussed. The next regular board meeting was announced for January 12, 2026.

The Buckeye Union High School District is holding a public hearing and board meeting to revise its Fiscal Year 2026 Expenditure Budget, as required by A.R.S. §15-905(E)(1).

The meeting included recognition of CTE and Future Ready Students of the Month, as well as Employees of the Month. The Superintendent reported on the Fall Learning Conference, student panel participation in a Superintendent Workshop, recognition of an outstanding substitute teacher, and a Bond Town Hall. An update on district enrollment was presented, including trends across campuses and the impact on Average Daily Membership (ADM). The board discussed and approved the 2024-2025 Annual Financial Report, disposal of district equipment, and student disciplinary matters, including a decision on a student expulsion following an executive session. Monthly financial reports, auxiliary, tax credit & student funds report and significant capital expenditures were reviewed.
