City of Lake Worth City Council Regular Meeting Minutes
The City Council conducted an executive session to deliberate on personnel matters concerning the Planning and Zoning Commission and real property negotiations for 6921 Charbonneau Road. Following the session, the council approved Resolution No. 2025-03, appointing new alternate members to the Planning & Zoning Commission, and authorized the City Manager to negotiate real property matters. The council also approved several consent agenda items, including a project order for the 51st Year Community Development Block Grant water improvements, finance reports for December 2024 and January 2025, an interlocal agreement for roadway striping, a contract for automated fire protection system notifications, and the designation of the official city newspaper along with a related publication services contract. A public hearing was also opened regarding the community development block grant project on Pawnee Trail.
