Reports were presented by students, staff counsel, academic affairs, and alumni, each detailing the strengths and weaknesses of each system based on stakeholder feedback. Key discussion points included the impact on student culture, financial benefits (including faculty and staff salaries and financial aid), and the preservation of SFA's identity and traditions. Concerns were raised regarding potential job losses, salary equity, and the clarity of financial support offered by each system. The reports highlighted the importance of investing in front-line staff and supporting staff, ensuring financial transparency, and aligning budget allocations with SFA's mission.
