The board also approved a contract for Pam Mitchell to provide services to Region 16 Education Service Center, ensuring it does not harm the district or present a conflict of interest. An enrollment report was reviewed, showing a decrease in student enrollment compared to the previous year. The annual co-op purchasing report was presented, and the board approved the employment of individuals listed on Exhibit A. The TASA / TASB Convention was also reviewed.

The Board of Trustees meeting included the Oath of Office for re-elected and newly elected members. The board officers were retained for the 2025-2026 school year. Mr. Luis Nava was recognized for his service on the Pampa ISD Board of Trustees. Pampa High School track athletes who qualified for regional and state competitions were also recognized. The board discussed personnel in an executive session. The consent agenda was approved. A budget workshop was held, and the date for a public hearing to adopt the 2025-2026 budget was set. The tax rate to be published in the public notice was discussed. The revised Assessment and Collection Agreement with Gray County was approved. Updates were provided on current and upcoming facilities projects. The School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) end-of-year report was presented. An update was given regarding K-2 Literacy scores. The enrollment report was reviewed. Personnel decisions were approved.
