This feasibility study comprehensively examines the proposed regionalization of the communities of Elmer, Newfield, and Pittsgrove into a new PK-12 all-purpose regional school district, and the termination of Newfield's existing sending-receiving relationships. The study analyzes the educational, financial, demographic, and racial impacts of this regionalization. Findings indicate that regionalization would lead to a net reduction in tax levy and improved efficiencies for the three communities, with no significant impediments from demographic or educational perspectives. The termination of current agreements is also projected to have no substantial negative impact.

This document outlines the Pittsgrove Township School District's Emergency Virtual or Remote Instruction Programs for the 2024-2025 school year. The plan details seven key goals, focusing on compliance with P.L.2020, c.27, implementing five core pillars of virtual instruction, ensuring high-quality instruction and support through a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), delivering Special Education and Related Services, utilizing Learning Management Systems and educational technology, employing online assessments, and developing shared understandings among stakeholders. It also addresses technology access, meal delivery, facilities maintenance, accelerated learning, social-emotional health, Title I programs, English Language Learner support, and attendance.

The meeting included recognition of student artwork and student awards for the month. The operations subcommittee reviewed the pppm cooperative, the rfp for the substitute and paraprofessional staffing service, and the chromebook purchase. The biggest item reviewed was all the budget documents. The curriculum subcommittee report included staff professional development, preschool virtual screening tools, code of conduct, screening for incoming kindergartners, translation services, extended learning substitute instructors, esser funding, learning acceleration, mental health, and virtual high school classes.

The meeting included student presentations and awards, recognizing students from various schools for their achievements and positive attributes. The committee reports covered operations, curriculum, and administrative matters, including updates on coronavirus relief funds, transportation, food service, long-range facility planning, and the bond referendum projects. The curriculum committee discussed the road back phase 2 plan, hiring for the SAC program, student teachers from Rowan, and the RTI program. The administrative report included personnel changes, nursing service plans, agreements with law enforcement, and policy revisions. Discussions also involved community engagement, use of facilities, and reports from the equity committee.
