Additionally, members noted upcoming board vacancies.

The council discussed various operational and planning items including the planning of an Old-Fashioned Fourth of July celebration, the second reading of an ordinance for annual updates to the Capital Improvement Schedule, and the adoption of an updated 10-year Capital Financial Strategy.
