Staff confirmed the project meets zoning and land use requirements and is compatible with the surrounding area. A discussion was also initiated regarding a request from a neighboring property owner for additional tree planting to provide privacy buffering, with potential solutions involving city-owned easement areas to be further investigated by staff.
