Valdosta City Council Minutes
The meeting included a presentation on recommendations for revisions to Land Development Regulations, specifically Chapter 328 concerning landscape, buffers, and screening. A Conditional Use Permit was approved for a Plastics Manufacturing Facility. The council approved Paylocity as the vendor for the City's Human Capital Management System. Additionally, a proposal from Infrastructure Management Services was approved for updated pavement evaluations for City streets. Citizens were given the opportunity to address the council on topics such as business sponsorship, trash and litter control, and blighted properties. The City Manager provided updates on upcoming events, and council members shared comments on community matters.
