The Board of Adjustment reviewed and acted upon several development applications. Approvals were granted for the construction of a two-unit dwelling at 414 Bluff Road, a preliminary and final major site plan for an automobile showroom at 1550 Bergen Boulevard, a minor subdivision and three two-unit dwellings at 1557-1567 Aston Terrace, and a deck addition at 79 Virginia Avenue. An application regarding a minor subdivision at 222 & 236 Tom Hunter Road was deemed complete. Additionally, the Board reviewed a proposal for a 24-unit residential development at 2409-2417 Third Street, which was carried over to a subsequent meeting for further consideration.
