The Council adopted changes to administrative rules Pol 100 through Pol 200 and approved the final proposal and edits from rulemaking staff. Hearings were conducted regarding individual officer certifications, resulting in a sanctioned suspension of certification for Steven Lee, a 120-day suspension of certification for Zachary Bernstein, and the permanent revocation of certification for Kyle Titus. Additionally, the Council granted a waiver request for prior training and experience certification for an officer, reviewed the Director's report concerning training bureaus and capital projects, and approved the consent calendar which included certification considerations and medical extension requests.
