This document outlines a proposal for the expansion and restructuring of the Dual Language Immersion (DLI) program, transforming it into a TK-8 magnet school operating across two campuses: a TK-3 primary campus and a 4-8 upper campus. The Board of Education of the Saddleback Valley Unified School District will conduct a Public Hearing Regarding Conveyance Of An Easement And Right-Of-Way To The Irvine Ranch Water District For Necessary Public Sewer Pipeline Purposes. The Board’s intention to consider conveying to the Irvine Ranch Water District an easement and right-of-way for necessary public sewer pipeline and access to construct, reconstruct, remove and replace, renew, inspect, maintain, repair, improve, enter upon within the District's property known as Serrano Intermediate School.
