The Council conducted a public hearing regarding a traffic schedule amendment for a three-way stop at Beechwood Drive and Windsor Place. Other key agenda items included the approval of an amendment to the Town's mask ordinance, approval of amended road closures for the Tarborough Faire, and a call for a public hearing to consider the "Brunch Bill" ordinance for alcohol sales on Sundays. The Council formally appointed Cauley Pridgen, P.A. as the new Town legal counsel. Additionally, the Council approved a budget resolution to appropriate funds for code enforcement and abatement activities at 305-307 N. Main Street/108 E. Pitt Street, and authorized the procurement of a John Deere 335P Skid Steer for the Street Department.
