BoardMadison Board Of Directors Annual Organizational Meeting Minutes
The board conducted an annual organizational meeting which included the election of board officers such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Numerous resolutions were adopted, including compliance with laws and regulations, setting the schedule for regular board meetings, designating depositories for funds, naming contacts for FOIA, sexual harassment, Title VI, Title IX, Section 504, AHERA, and BMCC compliance, as well as appointing legal counsel, an auditing firm, a Chief Administrative Officer, a school safety liaison, and a local newspaper for legal notices. Additionally, the student handbook was approved, and reports were provided regarding staffing, enrollment, and programming.
